TFor in-store pickup, customers can purchase products directly in store or place orders online and pick up in store. For in-store delivery service, please contact the merchant for more information.

When shopping online, customers can review the product description for more information about shipping policies. Products sold on SalePointer have two shipping methods: regular shipping and express shipping.

  • Regular shipping can take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Express shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that there is an additional fee for expedited shipping service.

Return

For online shopping customers:

Please submit a form explaining the reason for your return and kindly drop off the product at any Canada Post locations or at our Markham office. Our address is: 101 Amber Street #3, Markham, ON L3R 3B2.

SalePointer is not responsible for any postage fees incurred from product returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to return unsatisfied products to our office.

For in-store pickup customers (you placed an order online and chose to pick up in store or you purchased the product directly from a store):

You can directly contact the merchant for more information about their return policy if you have any dissatisfactions with a product. Each merchant carries a different return policy. For instance, some merchants offer free returns through designated carriers while others require the customers to pay for incurred postage fees. Customers may be able to return the products at the merchant’s store as well.

Refund

For online shopping, customers directly order products on the SalePointer platform and receive products via delivery.

Products sold on SalePointer platform are handled by SalePointer.com, please ship your products back to our office and once we verify the quantity and quality of products, we will refund you via the original method of payment up to 3-4 weeks.

For in-store pickup, customers who directly purchase products or services or place orders on SalePointer platform and pick up at stores.

Refund will be released back to your original method of payment in 3-4 weeks, provided that the merchant received your product returns and verified its quantity and quality condition.
